Individual Training

Individual training sessions offer players highly focused one-on-one instruction from one of RA1's partner trainers. 

Trainers will work with the athlete to perform an assessment and develop a training program around the needs of that player.

Group Training

Group training sessions offer players the opportunity to work with one of our trainers to improve their skills while in small groups of other players. Session sizes vary based on the trainer and price but generally range from 4-20, with the smaller the size, the more individualized time the player receives from the trainer.

Hoop Fit - Youth

Hoop Fit - Youth is a circuit-style group training that focuses on speed, agility, and repetition of core basketball skills.

Each player starts at a station and rotates through the stations every 30-60 seconds. 

Hoop Fit - Youth is a great way to improve core skills while increasing game stamina.

Camps & Clinics

Camps and Clinics are typically available each month. When school is in session, these are typically scheduled in the evenings and on weekends, during the summer they are added to to weekday. These can be anywhere from a one-day 3-4 hour clinic or a multi-day camp. Visit our Camps/Clinics section to see our current events.
